• Check in time at 14:00 hours and check-out time at 12:00 noon
• Pets are not allowed.
• All guest rooms, indoor restaurants and indoor public spaces are non-smoking. Please contact the resort for further information.
• Early check-in and late check-out is subject to the resort's availability. Charges may apply.
• Early check-outs are charged for the full period of stay booked.


Child policy
• Infant 0-4 year(s) : Stay for free if using existing bedding without extra bed and breakfast.
• Children 5-12 year(s) : Stay for free if using existing bedding without extra bed, There is a compulsory surcharge for breakfast at THB 200
per person per night (approximately)., Note, if you need a extra bed there may be an extra charge THB 900 per person per night.
• Guests over 12 years old are considered as adults an extra charge THB 900 per person per night.
• Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and subject to availability.
